Wish Art Notecards
Eight -year-old Morgan wished to go to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. She had such an incredible wish trip that she wanted other kids to experience the same kind of joy too. When she returned, she started drawing pictures that were converted into notecards to raise money to grant the wishes of two other children. Before she passed away on June 22, 2009 from brain cancer, she had raised $10,000. Read more about Morgan’s story and order notecards here.

The Walk for Wishes walkathon is a fun-filled day of exercise and camaraderie for the entire family! Walkers are encouraged beforehand to collect pledges from family, friends, and co-workers to benefit children with life-threatening medical conditions. The course is a 5k (about 3 miles) distance around the track and walkers of all ages and fitness levels are invited to join.

A dinner, silent and live auction, and dance were the beginning to an event that originally served to grant wishes to five children in southwestern North Dakota many years ago. It has since transformed into a community benefit that has raised tens of thousands of dollars. Read More
